"From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. Janessa is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure you understand every detail if you have questions. What really stood out to me was her personality—even though it was my first time meeting her, I felt like I had known her for years, which is saying a lot since she’s 'just' my insurance agent lol!
